Information collection and use

When users log into CMS we will record their internet IP address and store this in a time stamped security audit log along with their CMS Account Number and Username. This audit log is viewable by master users on that CMS account and by authorised employees of Connected Management Services.

Once logged into CMS, we collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. We collect this information in a way which does not identify anyone.
